The Ambient ACN-LP-E Lockit+ with Standard Extension combines the state-of-the-art and high-accuracy Lockit Timecode and Sync technology with advanced metadata management options to improve your workflow between set and editing.

Ambient Timecode has been synonymous with precision and reliability. Like the Lockit, the Lockit+ provides all timecode and Sync formats and full ACN* compatibility and much more.

Modular Hardware Design
The Lockit+ is designed to serve different situations on set or in the studio. With the Standard Extension, it can be elegantly operated both from the sound cart and sound bag. Different extensions will become available in the future.

WiFi Access
The built-in server spans a local WiFi, giving users browser-based access to all the Lockit+ features via mobile device or computer. The web interface gives access to advanced generator settings and monitoring of all Lockit devices within the ACN.

Frequency Scanning
Plug the ACN-RF antenna (sold separately; includes USB-A adaptor) into the USB-A port of the Lockit+ to perform a full frequency scan. In the web interface you get concrete suggestions for available frequencies for your transmitters and receivers. NOTE: This ACN-LP-E Lockit+ model does not include the ACN-RF RF scanning antenna. To use this scan feature, purchase the ACN-LP-S model or ACN-RF antenna separately.

More Connectors
While the front of the Lockit+ offers the same two outputs you know from the Lockit (Blue TC & ACN Connector / Yellow TC & Sync Connector) - the Standard Extension provides additional connections for different setups. In total the Lockit+ with Standard Extension has:

• USB-A connector (Frequency Scanning Antenna)
• USB-C connector (Camera Metadata / Powering)

Lens Metadata Processing
The Lockit+ stores key Cooke/i lens metadata frame-accurately in an open file format whitle, at the same time, it makes the data accessible live via WiFi or Ethernet. The respective cable (ACN-CP) is sold separately.

Metadata Hub for LockitScript App
The Lockit+ can extract technical metadata from compatible cameras to broadcast it via WiFi to the Ambient LockitScript App for script supervisors.

Flexible Powering
The Lockit+ can be powered by 6 to 24 Volts DC via a Hirose 4-pin connector (e.g. using this Hirose Power Supply) or via the USB-C socket. It is also possible to run the Lockit+ only with the two included BX1 batteries. In basic operation, the batteries will last for up to 4 hours.

Remote Control
Use the web interface of the Lockit+ to remotely control your Sound Devices
6 or 7 series recorders.

Future-Proof
The modular approach allows to elegantly
offer further applications and extensions in the future.

* The proprietary ACN stands or Ambient Communication Network is a stable, interference-resistant wireless network - without Bluetooth and WiFi. This makes the connection independent of disturbing radiation, poor network or adverse weather conditions.
