The idea for Hush Lav was based on one current sound mixer's use of very dense makeup sponge to deaden clothing noise when using a lav mic on the talent. Hush Lav is the newest offering of this tried and proven approach but modified to save you huge amounts of time. This same makeup sponge is now die cut and drilled specifically for use with the Sanken COS-11 mic. There is no cutting or trimming necessary. Simply insert the mic in the sponge sleeve and wire the talent. Use a Magic Marker to color-match clothing. Comes in packs of 12 die cut sleeves. Available in Black or White.
