The Radius RAD-00377 RAD Mount Boom Adaptor Base w/ 360 XLR Holder is designed to be used with the RAD-1, RAD-2, or to convert a RAD-3 mount into a boom mount without the handle (sold separately). Simply screw on using the thumbwheel attached to the RAD top bracket. It also has a 3/8 threaded bottom so it can fit on boom poles, stands or used with a quick-connect attachment. XLR holder turns in both directions.
